As we wish you and your loved one the very best of health, we also wanted to assure you that Premiere Suites continues to operate, and to support you as a safe and approved essential services provider.

At Premiere Suites we have made some incredible adjustments to our daily operations and procedures as we vigilantly ensure the continued health and safety of our guests and team members.

UPDATED OPERATING POLICY

At Premiere Suites, the health and safety of our guests and team members continues to be our top priority, and we remain vigilant in light of the ongoing situation.

To better support your ability to book and stay with confidence, we have temporarily suspended our existing cancellation policy in order to provide peace-of-mind should your travel arrangements evolve.

HONOURING THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF OUR VALUED GUESTS & TEAM MEMBERS

As a means of honouring the recommended practice of social distancing throughout your stay; we at Premiere Suites, have temporarily suspended our in-stay, bi-weekly housekeeping services.

The resumption of our standard bi-weekly housekeeping services is currently being evaluated and is, in limited cases, being phased in. We are working diligently to ensure the full and safe resumption of our bi-weekly housekeeping services.

Please note that prior to your arrival, the entirety of your suite and its contents has been professionally cleaned and sanitized with the use of Health Canada approved hard-surface disinfectants effective against COVID-19, where all members of our housekeeping teams and quality assurance team members have donned Personal Protective Equipment while conducting their services.

 

Kindly accept our apologies for any inconvenience these temporary measures may impose as we thank you for your support in ensuring the health and safety of our guests, and team members.

 

SOCIAL DISTANCING THROUGHOUT YOUR STAY

PHAC (Public Health Agency of Canada), along with multiple health agencies around the globe, are advising that as a means of preventing the spread of the coronavirus, that we all diligently observe social distancing; requiring a conscious effort to reduce contact between people to slow down the spread of the virus.

Should you need to leave your residence, whenever possible, spend time outside and in settings where people can maintain a 6-feet or 1.8 metre, distance from one another.

 

WILL I NEED TO WEAR A FACE MASK?

Please note that in many Canadian municipalities, bylaws have been introduced that require the wearing of a mask, or face covering in ALL indoor public spaces.

PHAC also recommends that face masks be worn in public situations (indoor or outdoors) where physical distancing may prove difficult to maintain.

NOTE: Many condo boards have implemented these same face covering guidelines when in the common areas of their respective residential buildings; such as hallways, elevators, lobby areas, mail rooms, parking garages etc. We ask that you kindly adhere to the rules in place.

 

REDUCED ACCESS TO BUILDING AMENITIES

As our building communities look to honour the health and safety or their residents, you may find limited access or a temporary cessation of access to common building areas such as; gyms, pools, saunas, games rooms, shared workspaces, and party rooms. These decisions are being made by the respective building management teams and condo boards.

 

RESPONSIBLE USE OF SHARED AMENITIES

As a responsible member of your building community we ask that all of our guests be ever diligent when in contact with shared touchpoints such as: elevators, garbage disposals, mail rooms, etc. Some communities have suggested that you wear disposable gloves, or use paper towel, or a sanitized wipe when touching buttons, railings, or handles.

 

TRAVELERS ARRIVING FROM ANY LOCATION OUTSIDE OF CANADA

The Government of Canada has put in place emergency measures that require mandatory 14-day self-isolation for all persons entering Canada, even if they do not have COVID-19 symptoms.

Failure to comply with this Order is an offense under the Quarantine Act. Maximum penalties include a fine of up to $750,000 and/or imprisonment for six months.

PLEASE NOTE: As a mandatory safety precaution, Premiere Suites registers each of our guests with their respective building/property management offices, inclusive of the notification of arrival from any location outside of Canada. This measure ensures the safety of the building community and provides an updated list of current residents.
