How are your short-term rentals rates determined?

Our short-term rental rates are based on several variables, including the number of bedrooms you need, your preferred in-suite and building amenities and the duration of your stay.

How long is a short-term rental and what is the minimum stay requirement?

The minimum requirement for our short-term and month-to-month rentals is dependent upon the property itself as well as the legislative requirements of the respective region, where many of our properties require monthly rentals of 30 days or longer.

Do you take advanced reservations?

We accept advanced bookings, depending upon the availability of the rental property you’re interested in as we offer our guests the right to extend their stay should their visit run longer than anticipated. We can usually confirm the availability of a unit two to three weeks prior to your anticipated arrival date.

How do I pick up the keys to my unit?

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the pick-up instructions for the keys to your unit via email. Please be sure to review these instructions prior to your arrival date. Feel free to contact your sales agent at any time with questions or concerns.

Do you offer rentals with parking?

All our suites and short-term apartment rentals include parking. Depending on the specific property, the cost of parking may be included in the rate or available to you at an additional cost.

Do you offer housekeeping?

Complimentary housekeeping services are included with your stay and occur on a bi-weekly schedule (once every two weeks). More frequent housekeeping services are available for an additional cost.

What is included with my stay?

All our suites are professionally designed, fully furnished and include a comfy living room, television, a fully equipped five-piece kitchen, fresh linens and bathroom towels. They also come with complimentary Wi-Fi, basic cable, local calls, utilities, and, in some regions, free national calls.

What kind of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, EFT (wire transfer), cashier’s cheques and corporate cheques (with corporate guarantee).

What are check-in/check-out times?

Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am. Early arrivals and/or late departures can be arranged depending upon availability (additional fees may apply).

Do you offer pet friendly apartment rentals?

We offer pet-friendly accommodations wherever possible. There are, however, a variety of rules and guidelines surrounding pets amongst our portfolio of properties and short-term rentals (for example, your pet’s breed or weight).

If your pet will be accompanying you on your business trip, please get in touch with one of our community specialists and they would be pleased to find the appropriate home away from home for you and your trusty companion. Please also note that a one-time pet sanitation fee will be applied to your bill.

Are your rental apartments child-friendly?

Some of our properties are restricted to tenants under 18. However, the vast majority of our properties are very welcoming to children of all ages.

Is smoking allowed in rental units?

Smoking is prohibited in all of our suites.

How much is the security deposit?

The security deposit is equal to a two-week stay, unless a valid credit card is presented and on file.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you wish to cancel your stay, you must do so two weeks prior to your scheduled date of arrival.

Can you offer large group vacation rentals?

We can accommodate group bookings, though not always at the same property. Please consult your sales agent and they will try to meet your group’s needs.
